The information on this page sets out the general terms that apply when using the PRO-JET Exterior Cleaning website or booking our exterior cleaning services.

These Terms & Conditions are intended to explain how we work, how quotes and bookings are handled, and what customers can expect when using our services.

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

This document is a practical business policy and should not be treated as legal advice. If required, you should seek independent legal advice before relying on these terms.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

PRO-JET Exterior Cleaning provides professional driveway, patio, pathway, forecourt and exterior surface cleaning services across South London.

Our services may include:

Driveway cleaning
Patio cleaning
Pathway and entrance cleaning
Commercial forecourt cleaning
Walkway cleaning
Exterior hard surface cleaning
Residential and commercial exterior cleaning

The exact work to be carried out will be agreed before the job begins.

Quotes are based on the information, photos, videos or site details provided by the customer. A quote may change if the area is larger than expected, the surface condition is different from what was shown, access is restricted, or additional work is requested.

A booking is confirmed once the date, time, location and agreed service have been accepted by both PRO-JET Exterior Cleaning and the customer.

Customers must make sure we have safe and suitable access to the area being cleaned. This may include moving vehicles, furniture, plant pots, bins or other items before we arrive.

Where required, the customer must provide access to an outdoor water supply and ensure windows, doors and access points are properly closed before work begins.

Customers should inform us of any known issues before the job starts, including loose paving, cracked slabs, poor drainage, delicate surfaces, previous sealants, damaged render, weak concrete or other surface concerns.

We aim to achieve the best possible result, but final results can vary depending on the age, condition and material of the surface. Some staining, oil marks, rust, paint, chemical marks or deep discolouration may not be fully removable.

Pressure washing can reveal existing damage or defects that were previously hidden by dirt, moss or algae. PRO-JET Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects.

Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule work due to heavy rain, high winds, freezing conditions or unsafe working conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due once the work is completed. For commercial customers, invoice payment terms may be agreed in writing before the job starts.

What to Include in the T&C Document

The following terms apply to all services provided by PRO-JET Exterior Cleaning.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should give at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or rearrange a booking.

If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we arrive and cannot complete the work due to lack of access, we may charge a reasonable call-out or cancellation fee.

For larger commercial jobs, separate cancellation terms may be agreed in writing.

Commercial Customers

For businesses, landlords, estate agents, property managers and commercial premises, the customer must confirm they have authority to approve the work.

The customer is responsible for keeping staff, customers, tenants, visitors and members of the public away from the working area while cleaning is taking place.

Wet surfaces may be slippery during and after cleaning.

Health and Safety

We take reasonable care to work safely and professionally.

Customers must keep children, pets, staff, visitors and members of the public away from the working area while equipment is in use.

The working area may remain wet after cleaning, so care should be taken until surfaces are dry.

Photos and Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos or videos of completed work for quality control, portfolio use, website content or social media marketing.

We will avoid showing personal information such as faces, addresses, number plates or sensitive details without permission.

If you do not want photos or videos of your property used for marketing, please tell us before the work begins.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for photos, videos or further details so we can review the issue properly. We will aim to resolve complaints fairly and professionally.

Liability

PRO-JET Exterior Cleaning will take reasonable care when carrying out services.

We are not liable for:

pre-existing damage
loose, weak or defective surfaces
poorly maintained paving, pointing or grout
items left in the working area
damage caused by inaccurate information provided before the job
issues caused by poor drainage or weather after completion
stains or marks that cannot be fully removed

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be available on this website.
